African Craftsmen Take Ceramic Course in Hangzhou 2018-10-30
Recently, the Culture Ministry invited ten African craftsmen to have training courses of ceramic art in Zhejiang Province. At present the Culture Ministry has built 4 training bases to Africa. Various training courses have been held about Chinese martial art, animation and cartoon, embroidery, bamboo weaving, vocal music and restoration of cultural relics. 
Ceramic art training courses take place in Hangzhou Southern Song Dynasty Official Kiln Institute. Li Yuening(郦越宁),the inheritor of Chinese intangible cultural heritage and the craft master, will personally teach students casting, fettling and glazing skills. In mid to late July, a one-week exhibition of Li Yuening and the African students’ ceramic artworks will be held in Zhejiang cultural center.
