Best Tourist Destinations – Hangzhou Included 2018-10-11
Once again has Hangzhou been listed into “the best tourist destinations” in the sixth annual netizen poll on the Ctrip.com. With outstanding comprehensive strengths and good reputation, Hangzhou city was awarded double second places of “the best domestic tourism city” and “the most popular destination among college students”

The annually selection of the best tourist destination on the Ctrip.com has been the only nationwide netizen poll in China since 2009. Millions of netizens have joint in the selection which enjoys high recognition and attention by media. This year’s selection received over 110 million viewers and 11.67 million comments.

Except Hangzhou, the rest of the top 10 best domestic tourist cities are Sanya, Chengdu, Xiamen, Guilin, Qingdao, Beijing, Suzhou, Shanghai and Xi’an. The top 3 most popular destinations among college students are Beijing, Hangzhou and Chengdu. Apart from the two mentioned awards, Hangzhou also harvested many other prizes. For example, Hangzhou Paradise, Sungai Drifting and Hangzhou Langlanglang Water Park respectively won titles of the best theme park, the best drifting scenic area and the best water park in China. Besides, of the top 10 best domestic holiday resorts, Hangzhou’s West Lake, Xixi Wetland Park and Thousand-island Lake Scenic Areas won three seats. What’s more, the Songcheng Art Show was crowned as the best scenic spot in China.
