Tickets for Shanghai Disney Resort on Sale 2017-06-27
60 years ago, the first Disney Theme Park was created for the very idea of Mr. Walt wanting to “build a family park where parents and children could have fun together” and ever since, new ones have been built around the world to bring adults and children alike the pure joy of having fun.


As the first Disney Theme Park in China mainland, Shanghai Disney Resort will welcome its grand opening on June 16, 2016 to offer people of all ages an experience of a lifetime, which is a big gift to people in Hangzhou which is only two hours’ drive away from Shanghai. This summer, let’s come aboard for some magic of Disney.

Tickets are now available in Zizaiyou – Shangcheng District Wushan Tourist Center (Add: No. 8 Hefang Street, Tel: 86-571-87685012) and on the official website of Shanghai Disney Resort (https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com)

June 16, 2016:

12:00-22:00

June, 2016 to August, 2016:

09:00-21:00 from Monday to Thursday; 08:00-22:00 from Friday to Sunday
September 1 to 13, 2016:

10:00 -19:00 from Monday to Friday; 09:00 -21:00 on Saturday and Sunday

How to Get There:

 

Starting from 16 June, six direct buses are available in Wushan Square Tourist Center

Price:
One-way Trip Ticket:
Adult: 100 RMB per person;
Children under 1 meter: 65 RMB per person

Round Trip Ticket:
Adult: 190 RMB per person
Children under 1 meter: 120 RMB per person

Departure Time in Hangzhou:

07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 16:00
Buses depart before 10:00 (including 10:00) go directly to Shanghai Disney Resort;
Buses depart after 10:00 go to Shanghai Huangpu Tourist Center and a free ride from Shanghai Huangpu Tourist Center to Shanghai Disney Resort is offered.

Departure Time in Shanghai:
Shanghai Disney Resort: 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 21:30, 22:00
Shanghai Huangpu Tourist Center: 19:00, 20:00, 21:00, 21:30, 22:00

Note:

 

1. When purchasing tickets, passport is required and one ID can only purchase five tickets at most.
2. Tickets are only valid on the date indicated on the ticket.
3. Tickets are not transferable or refundable.
4. Tickets can be modified only once (which must be made at least 48 hours in advance) and is based on availability. Date changes must occur 2 days before the entitlement date.
5. When entering the park, the ID of the person purchasing the tickets is required.

 


Shanghai Disneyland
Shanghai Disneyland is divided into six theme zones – Mickey Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Adventure Isle, Treasure Cove, Tomorrowland. Each and every one of them offers a lifetime experience infusing fairy tales and thrilling and exhilarating entertainment.

Mickey Avenue
Mickey Avenue will be the first of its kind in all Disney Theme Parks to be themed on Mickey. Along with Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey Mouse will present visitors a happy start with the journey of Shanghai Disneyland. The widest options of souvenirs and gifts are available on the avenue.

Garden of Imagination
Visitors can ride ‘Fantasia Carousel’ for a whimsical spin, fly the fantastical skies with ‘Dombo the Flying Elephant’, or enjoy some of the signature performances of Disney, such as ‘Ignite the Dream - A Nighttime Spectacular of Magic and Light’ etc.

Fantasyland
Fantasyland is the largest zone inside Shanghai Disneyland and is home to the largest Disney castle in history – Enchanted Storybook Castle.

In Fantasyland, ‘Voyage to the Crystal Grotto’ will take visitors start a journey into a cavern where favorite Disney tales will come alive; ‘Seven Dwarfs Mine Train’ will take you race around through the diamond mine on an adventurous family coaster; ‘Peter Pan’s Fight’ will fly you in the sky of London. Also, visitor can join Winnie the Pooh’s magical journey through the Hundred Acre Wood or walk through the maze of Alice’s Wonderland world.

Adventure Isle
Adventure Isle places visitors in a newly discovered jungle island in the largest, deepest, bluest ocean on Earth. Things to do are more than a few: traverse challenging rope courses, hike scenic trails and dig for ancient relics in ‘Camp Discovery’; get aboard an exhilarating flight where you can witness the wonders of the world in ‘Soaring Over the Horizon; plunge through dark chasms, outrace a ferocious beast and churn through raging, roiling currents on a thrilling raft adventure in ‘Roaring Rapids'.

Treasure Cove
It is the first themed zone at any Disney Theme Park to be themed on pirates.

‘Pirates of the Caribbean Battle for the Sunken Treasure’ uses cutting-edge robots, animation, scenes and multi-media technology to give visitors a thrilling adventure on water. Those thirsty for adventure can row ‘Explorer Canoes’ for an exhilarating paddling expedition or step aboard the authentic pirate ship in ‘Siren's Revenge’ to discover the fun of being a pirate.

Tomorrowland
In Tomorrowland, nothing is impossible. The new planet exploration project ‘Buzz Lightyear Planet Rescue’ gives you a chance to battle the notorious bot army; ‘Jet Packs’ helps visitors to get rid of the gravity; ‘TRON Lightcycle Power Run’ lets you experience one of the most thrilling roster coasters in Disney.

In addition, visitors can experience Shanghai Disney Resort exclusives – ‘Star Wars Launch Bay,’ and ‘Marvel Universe’.

2017 Qiantang River Tidal Bore Watching Guideline2017-09-22
Qiantang River is the largest river in Zhejiang Province and empties itself into the Eastern China sea through Hangzhou Bay. The Qiangtang River tidal bore is a world-renowned spectacle and is reputed as the "No. 1 Tidal Bore in the World". The Qiantang River tidal bore, often reaching heights of three meters, results from the gravitational forces and the rotation of the earth, and the fact that Hangzhou Bay is shaped like a trumpet.

The 2017 International (Hangzhou) Trail-walk Conference2017-09-22
According to the news conference of 2017 Internatioanl (Hangzhou) Trail-walk Conference, this year’s trail-walk event will take place on October 28 in Jianggan Sports Center. Registration will be available for three days starting from September 28.
