Rock Your World in West Lake Music Festival 2017-06-27
Since 2008 the West Lake Music Festival has been rocking Hangzhou’s world, by bringing its audience, every year, a two-day music festival. Like other music festivals around the world it brings pleasure to those who love listening or dancing to music but what makes it stand out from the crowds is its location. Rather than taking place inside a stadium the West Lake Music Festival takes stage in Prince Bay Park, a stunning park renowned for its spectacular scenery of blossoming trees, luscious green mountains and lucid streams and therefore a great location for enlivening anyone of the senses.

This summer from May 30 to May 31 the West Lake Music Festival will be hosting a number of great live acts. The popular British singer Mika will have his first outdoor music performance in China and Taiwan’s pioneer rapper Mc Hotdog (火腿) will close the festival in a hot like fashion. In addition, rock band Anwiycti from Hongkong, punk band 'Lure(诱导社)' from Beijing, and the 1st electronic music band in China 'Supermarket (超级市场)' will rock the parks grounds.

Come rain or shine, the West Lake Music Festival has never failed to entertain and set with a back drop of flowers and with drinks and snacks aplenty anyone can be a budding singer for the day.
