West Lake Night Cruise 2017-06-27
Today is the beginning of summer. Hangzhou West Lake night cruise routes have been open now. Visitors can enjoy cool breeze and appreciate beautiful night over the West Lake.

Dragon Boat & Coffee Boat


You can appreciate Jiangnan classical music performance as well as taste tea, coffee, fruit and appreciate beautiful West Lake.

Route: Bai Causeway - Autumn Moon Mirroring Over the Calm Lake – Su Causeway – Three Pools Mirroring the Moon – Orioles Singing in the Willows – Hubin Music Fountain – back to dock (about 50 minutes in all)
Where to board: dragon boat at No.5 Lakeside Park dock, coffee boat at No.6 Lakeside Park dock
Business hour: 18:30 – 21:30(May – Aug.); 18:30 – 21:00 (May – Nov.)
Price: RMB90 / person (food, drinks and performance services are included)


Self-drive Boat


The Self-drive boat is electric. If you prefer to enjoy the fun of driving, you might as well try it which is very suitable for couples and families.

Route: flexible according to visitors’ needs.
Range: West Inner Lake
Where to board: Broken Bridge
Price: RMB40 /hour for Four-seat boat; RMB50/hour for Six-seat boat


Rowing Boats


Rowing boats are the oldest traditional West Lake leisure boats. You may develop a different taste of the night view by this kind of boats.

Route: flexible according to visitors’ needs.
Range: almost the whole West Lake
Where to board: Around West Lake
Price: RM150 /hour


Painted Boats


Range: Outer West Lake including Yingzhou and Mid-lake Islet

Where to board: No.5 Lakeside Park, No.2 Lakeside Park, Children's Palace
Price: RMB55/person
