Hangzhou Harvested Two Awards 2017-06-27
Dec. 15-16 saw the grand events of the Fifth China Convention, Exhibition Industry Fair and the China International Convention Industry Week in the national convention center. Hangzhou city won the Gold Seagull Award of China convention industry – the best convention destination in China, 2014.


With outstanding performances in MICE industry, Hangzhou was praised as the best convention city in China this year and harvested the Gold Seagull Award as well as the outstanding city management award of 2014 China convention and exhibition industry. Besides, Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Guiyang cities also won some awards.

The 2014 China Convention, Exhibition Industry Fair and the China International Convention Industry Week were jointly held by the China Convention and Exhibition Magazine and the international convention and exhibition industry promotion association. This event is a high-end brand exhibition of products, services and concepts from China convention and exhibition industry. It is not only for presenting the cutting-edge development of China convention and exhibition industry but also for driving the industrial technology upgrade and enhancing the industry’s competitiveness.

Hangzhou, Soaked in Traditional Chinese Medicine2017-11-21
Traditional Chinese medicine has a time-honored history. As early as ancient times, through the process of struggling with nature, traditional Chinese medicine was created. When searching for food, it was discovered that plants could relieve symptoms, which is the origins of traditional Chinese medicine; hot rocks or sand and earth wrapped up with furs or tree barks eased pain when warming oneself by a fire, which is how moxibustion came into being.
