Among them, the ritual “Offering Sacrifice to the Dragon King” is the most essential part of the whole Dragon Boat Festival ceremony. It consists of two sections: Inviting the Dragon King and Showing Gratitude to the Dragon King. The ritual is strict and solemn, presided over by the most venerable elder in Jiang Village. It is a good chance for visitors to understand the culture of Dragon Boat Festival.
