    Brief of Third Qiantang River Bridge

    Third Qiantang River Bridge, the first advanced modern suspension bridge in Zhejiang province, measures 5700 meters long in total, among which the main bridge 1280 meters in length. It has a history of nearly a decade, whose construction began in 1993 and completed on Jan 28th, 1997.

     

    It is quiet an exciting experience to drive on the bridge, enjoying the high speed and wide view along the way. While for photography lovers who prefer to appreciate the spectacular landscape of Qiantang River, riding a bicycle is considered a better alternative, which enables one to stop for the view whenever he/she feels like to shoot.

     

    The picture-postcard view at night is really worth seeing, from which tourists are unable to tear themselves away. Multicolored light turn the dark night into a colorful world and the glinting surface of Qiantang River even add brilliance to its present splendor. What’s more, the breeze caresses one’s cheek, making one feel comfortable, peace and happy.
