Nanshan Road starts from Hubin No.1 Park to the north, stretches to Changqiao Park to the south, with an overall lake shoreline of 3 kilometers.

Brief of Nanshan Road

Nanshan Road is located in the core area of old urban districts in Hangzhou City and faces to the southeast of West Lake Scenic Area. It starts from Jiefang Road to the north and is connected with Hubin Road, near to the West Lake Avenue, Hefang Street, Wushan Hill, Wansong Mountain to the east. Mountains located in the south of West Lake are generally called Nanshan. Road stretches along lake and mountains hence the name Nanshan Road.

South West Lake Scenic Area was integrated since 2002. In nowadays Nanshan Road starts from Hubin No.1 Park to the north, stretches to Changqiao Park to the south, with an overall lake shoreline of 3 kilometers.

Nanshan Road has the largest environmental capacity, profound history and culture heritage and most complete attraction types in the West Lake Scenic Area.
